Brand new and spotless hostel, feels more like a trendy hotel. Well-furnished rooms with plenty of natural light. Fantastic bathrooms. Helpful and cheerful staff. Beautiful location in a peaceful neighborhood, just a scenic 15-20 minute walk from the city center.

I had a comfortable stay at the West End Hotel. The 24 bed mixed dorm was spacious and well-equipped, with each bed having power points and USB ports for charging. The room was cleaned daily and the staff promptly addressed any disruptions, even late at night. The location was convenient, with the city center and various shops within a 25-minute walk. there were nice dining options nearby. The availability of a computer and the option for printing, with some complimentary pages, was a bonus. I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice and safe residential area, near a beautiful church, train station, and with easy access to public transport. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with lockers to keep valuables. All at an affordable price!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is cosy and well-maintained, with all the facilities we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. We also loved the free tea and coffee, as well as the complimentary food offered by other guests. The location was ideal, being only a 15-minute walk from the city centre and close to a convenient tram station that provided direct transportation to both the airport and the city centre.

The staff were really helpful and friendly both before and during our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and offered necessary facilities such as a hair dryer and tea/coffee. Breakfast was included and had a great selection including a 'full Scottish' option. The bar at the venue was a good size and had live music on the weekends. The hotel can cater to larger groups or families with different bed setups. There is a kitchen area for those on a budget or staying longer. The property is in a good location, easily accessible by public transport.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, with a great location close to the city centre. The hotel is within walking distance from Haymarket station, making it convenient for travelers.
